The news source listed the complex in “Ocean Beach” as perhaps the address has a 92107 zip code, but it actually is in Point Loma (some call the area “Point Loma Heights”).
Buying the property was Shadow Knolls Investment Properties, LLC, c/o D. Barzan Mohedin, with an address of 1837 Shadow Knolls Place, El Cajon 92020.
And selling it were Maurice B McCullough III and Sandra D. McCullough. Representing both the buyer and the sellers was Daniel Cote of San Diego Investment Brokers.
