Here is a photo gallery of the Ocean Beach Street Fair 2013 held on Saturday, June 22nd. The photos are by Tom Cairns. Tom, a former OBcean and OB Rag staffer, comes to OB every year around this time of year, and he always visits the Chili Cook-off.
Tom did wander over to the rest of the Fair and did check out several of the bands.
