OCEAN BEACH (Cal Coastal Amendment Process) Request for amendment to a previously granted Coastal Development Permit (#6-08-100).
Original Description:
Demolish 15 residential apartment units in four detached structures and construction of a two-story, 30ft high, 14,157sq.ft., 12 unit condominium building (over 27 space subterranean parking garage) including stallation of new sidewalk along Saratoga Ave, vacation of portions of two adjacent alleys and re-landscaping with turf for public use on 20,154sq.ft. beachfront site. RM 2-4 zone. Council District 2. OBPB District – 4.
Requested Amendment:
Reduce the number of condominium units from 12 to 10 and replace underground
parking with a combination of at-grade parking and below-grade parking.
? Vote to recommend approval or denial of the project to the OBPB

This doesn’t have anything to do with whatever the OB planning board is up to, but…I really like our OB a whole hell of alot better than the OB displayed at the top of this page. I just wanted to state my opinion on that.
