This was one of my favorite covers. It showed the city’s “vision” for our community back then (and even today). This is still very timely, as the density bonus laws put our 30-foot coastal height limit at risk. This is what “gentrification” looks like.
Wireless, right on, bro! It even looks like it could be OB and Point Loma, with Mission Beach.
