MSNBC is right now running a Live Vote on whether President Bush should be impeached. As of 9:45 PDT June 12th, 89% of the nearly 700,000 online responders voted “Yes” to impeach. Obviously, there are differences between polls, surveys and online votes, but we find it VERY INTERESTING that so many would vote to impeach. Here’s the link: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/10562904

Do you believe President Bush’s actions justify impeachment? * 699121 responses
Yes, between the secret spying, the deceptions leading to war and more, there is plenty to justify putting him on trial.
89%
No, like any president, he has made a few missteps, but nothing approaching “high crimes and misdemeanors.”
4.2%
No, the man has done absolutely nothing wrong. Impeachment would just be a political lynching.
4.5%
I don’t know.
2%
Not a scientific survey. … Results may not total 100% due to rounding.

It’s fun watching the numbers go up. The percentages stay the same, but as of 11:00 PDT today, the number of responders had reached 699,701.
The count reached exactly 699,900 at 11:20 am PDT.
Exactly 700,000 was reached at 11:32 am PDT, and there were no changes to the percentages. 89% of 700K votes went for “yes” on impeachment.
