Going into the wee hours of the night Wed from a meeting that started at 7pm Tuesday, Feb. 12th, the Berkeley City Council passed a resolution clarifying their position vis a vis the Marine Corps recruiters in that they can stay, but the Council did not issue an apology. [See here for an update.]
