If you get this more than once or think this is spam, then I apologize. I am one of millions who are looking for work. With this down economy that we have, I refuse to just sit down. I prefer to be working instead of collecting unemployment. I refuse to apply for unemployment or rely on the government. So I am sending emails nationwide hoping to get that one more client for one offs/tour/shoots.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN;
Hello, I am Tim Mortimer owner of Right Stuff Productions LLC.
I am a clean-cut freelance technician who performs labor for set ups, tear downs, and shows and shoots. Though I do not have any gear for productions, I do have my own tools, which I use, at the production site. I am very good in my profession and my clients and other fellow technicians know me as one of the best in Arizona.
Please read from top to bottom, full of information on what I can do for you. I have even offer a special below. Then send me a reply that you got this and what your decision is.

I am currently seeking new clients and booking for up-coming productions and would like to be considered for any productions you may be scheduling. I have been in the staging industry since 1995.
In 2003, I expanded my services to include the film, video, commercial and broadcasting industries.
In 2005, I became a freelance technician and have covered every facet of the industry from movies to commercials, meetings, scenic, trade shows, A/V production, and live and taped venues.
In 2006 became a LLC as Right Stuff Productions in AZ.
In 2011 providing other freelance crew members for jobs coming up. I charge a 15% handler fee. I will handle the paperwork and you pay me and I will pay the crew.

OBJECTIVE;
To obtain a position of interest with new clients while utilizing the skills I have obtained throughout my years of experience both on and off the productions as a technical hand, production manager and/or assistant and freelance artist.

EDUCATION;
I have a degree from Scottsdale Community College.
• Technical Theatre
• Lighting design
• Film/video School
Note: Scottsdale Community College (Kim Williamson) ask me if I would teach the technical theatre class, until they could find a replacement for current instructor who is in the process of quitting.

EXPERIENCE;
(Yes I have done every one of these jobs and then some.)
Staging for many venues inside and outside such as arena, theatre, ballrooms, and convention centers. Including rock and roll concerts, corporate, meetings, opera, ballad, car & trade-show events, exhibits, museums, magicians, wrestling, boxing, presidential, special events and help install 4,000 computers.
I am also fully capable of providing labor in any of these areas and others such as video, broadcasting, and film including Sci-Fi’s, horrors, dramas, comedies, meetings, commercials, studios, chroma screens and others. I have provided a crew of 16 other freelancers for a concert, 11 for an event and 8 for a corporate event. All are very professional and get the job done the first time.

I am multi-talented in staging area and have work in each of these fields. Although my specialty is lighting and video, I have used scissor, boom forklifts, forklifts. I have experience in working on well over a 1,000 plus shows.

I am multi-talented in production as a driver, grip, key grip, dolly grip, jib operator, PA, rigger, lighting tech, best boy, gaffer, electrician, carpenter, studio technician and others. I have access to 2 rent grip trucks full of gear. I have also done acting as an extra/actor and voice-overs. I have done 36 national and local movies and commercials. I am very reliable and once I am confirmed for a job, I will be there early. Last years daily average fee from most of my clients is $350.00 per day; pay is negotiable for each job. I take great pride in all jobs I perform and there is no show or shoot too small or too big. I am always a great asset to your production. I am one that will finish the job and ask what is the next job.

Even though I mainly work local shows in Phoenix, AZ and surrounding areas, I have travel several times and willing to do tours. You provide sleeping arrangements. No passport yet and clean criminal record. I have driven carrying production equipment in 24’ box trucks and under. Clean driving record for past 10 years.
