Stuff – for Sale, Trade or Free!

Looking to get rid of some treasure? Barter is encouraged! Please, no listings of kittens or puppies for sale, but if you have a loved pet that needs a “free to a good home” family you’re welcome here.

It’s very simple to post a listing, just add a comment at the bottom of this page. As always, type your name & email address in the appropriate boxes, then type your listing in the comment box. Make sure you include some kind of contact information in the big comment box, the email address you put in the small box IS NOT VISIBLE to the public.

You won’t be able to post images of the items that you are listing (if things work out we may add that option later), but you may post links to images that are posted elsewhere, like flickr, picassa or photobucket. Just type out or copy the URL into the comment box, it will link automatically.

Spam is absolutely not tolerated and will be deleted without notice, as will questionable listings at the discretion of the editors.

Newer listings will appear at the top, older listings will drop off after 2 weeks (subject to change as things get busier). If you want your listing removed please come back and add a reply comment under your listing so we can identify it.

You can subscribe to comments in the sections you want to watch and you will get an email when someone posts a new ad.

Thanks for posting!

Greetings! Quick question that’s totally off topic.
Do you know how to make your site mobile friendly? My website looks weird when viewing from my
iphone. I’m trying to find a template or plugin that might be able to resolve
this issue. If you have any recommendations, please share.
Many thanks!

I have two original SCHWINN Beach Cruisers made in the USA.
These bikes were made in Chicago, Illinois in 1980. You can verify their serial numbers…HR507801 mfg August 1980 and JR536605 mfg Sept 1980. Both are in great shape and not rusty at all.
I can send or email photos to you if you like.
I was born in OB in August 1942. Still have a home in OB on Santa Cruz Ave. Presently live in Parker, Colorado.
call or email me…..mdcalhoun18@comcast.net or 303-909-7848
Cost is $175 each plus shipping…

Anyone interested in a working treadmill? Willing to give away if you come pick it up. It will take two people to move. It’s pretty big and does make some sound when it’s running. I’ve run on it many times and I trained my dog to jog on it when she was younger as a behavioral aid to tire her a bit before the dog park. Please let me know if you have any questions.

The Foster Factory by David Learmont is the witty, acerbic, sad and hilarious tale of how an elderly couple became foster carers in their mid-sixties. Paperback, kindle and nook book. Stylish writing with an elegant twist!

Thanks OB!
In 1973, my brother and I created the original © OB Seagull Logo. Thanks to the continued acceptance and support by the people of our great and notorious beach town, the logo has been in production for over 40 years and, has been seen around the world. My wife Susie and I still hand silk screen the decals in our OB/PL garage.
Recently, we introduced a new OB Seagull “stealth” version of the famous icon to broaden the selection of designs.
For the record, there are a couple of “plagiarized” logos (To put forth as original to oneself the ideas or words of another) that have been infringing on our ©copyright.

Were you livin’ and chillin’ in Ocean Beach, during the 1980’s? Well, I wasn’t. I was gigging my jams off. OB Geriatrix President (who wasn’t?) (no, i mean, really..), ob street fair entertainment chair, Concept Artist & Spearhead of the 40′ tall Wonderland stage, 16′ tall Anti-Hero Eco-Activism parade protest vehicles: Sewer Joe; Oil Derrick; and You Are What You “Trashman”, … , street fair Artist’s Alley (Concept Artist & Persuader to Chair & Committee is all I did), I even got mixed up with the infamous midnight banner patrol … so fine, some of you may remember when that was going on. I had a blast, thank you very much. And? .. OBG&G Parade Floats: Paul Johnson & the Packards; Hal Jepsen Surf Movies at the Shark Xmas Aquarium; What if OBeachlehem?; … The problem is that I don’t have any good photos of any of those pieces. I can offer stories and tons of member photos, hardly any of the art. Please write me if you can help. ronalanmclean@yahoo.com. Thxz and bless yas, Rasc.
