I lost my house in the la quinta cove and moved to OB. I got a place a half block from the beach on Brighton right next to dog beach for $1100. The prices do go up this time of year but I just thought I would let you know that you your dreams are definitely not to out of reach. Ideally we are looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom cottage/bungalow. We really love the OB/Sunset Cliffs area so if you happen to have a vacancy around June please let me know!

He gets to finish working until retirement in July, I get to come down here and do research about SD as a possible place to retire. I think I got the better deal!
