Hi potential future landlords!

I’m a San Diego native that’s finally migrating back to the homeland! After almost twenty years of being away and 8 of those years living here in NYC it’s time to come back to where the weather is nice , the mexican food is delicioso and the waves are consistent!

I realize that this post is a bit premature as I will not be making the move until this June 2012, but just wanted to put my feelers out there.

I’m a working professional that will be transferring with my job, my quiver of surfboards, my fiancee, and two obedient house cats. We are great tenants, have references, excellent credit, non-smokers, and are in our 30s.

Ideally we are looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom cottage/bungalow. We really love the OB/Sunset Cliffs area so if you happen to have a vacancy around June please let me know!

After 20 years in the rain, enough is enough. Mature long term home owner with income and cat needs a large studio or one bedroom in Ocean Beach. Love it here. I am an artist and my husband works for the State of Washington in Olympia. He gets to finish working until retirement in July, I get to come down here and do research about SD as a possible place to retire. I think I got the better deal! Coming Back to CA!
My husband and I can finally move back to CA after being on the Wrong Coast for far too long. Looking for a 2bdrm place in OB. We have a spaniel service dog and a cat. We’re mature (like that euphemism?) renters and great tenants. (I’m hoping that the fact that this section hasn’t seen much action since May doesn’t mean that no one reads it.) i have a fully furnished beach cottage that we use as a vacation rental. it is a 1 bedroom has a king bed, and a queen pullout sofa. all towels and linens are supplied. we are on vacationrentals.com as wonderland vacation rentals .
price during the summer is 150 a nite , winter is 99 a nite we ask a 3 day min.
