This is by Mindy Pellissier, long-time OB planner, Co-chair of Sub-committee on OB Community Plan Update, plus co-owner of the Dog Beach Dog Wash.

OKay, okay, yes, Dicken’s Madame Defarge in Tale of Two Cities about the French Revolution. Defarge was the in the center of the revolt.

Thank you Mindy for all your work and efforts over the years. Just one more reason to support the OB Dog Wash ….. a merchant who is vested in the community. If only more merchants would do the same.
