Occupy Wall Street to Hold One Year Anniversary on Sept 17th: Video – Get Off the Couch and Into the Streets

Viva Occupy…Hail Occupy, I’m mainly referring to our folks in NY who took on Wall St. just as they said they would and then proceeded to expose, condemn, out, attack, ridicule, corner and otherwise reveal, in the brightest daylight, the true nature as well as identity of the past, present and future enemies of humanity. All this accomplished, virtually every day in heroic fashion, while under systematic attack from all sides, including fake supporters, and opportunists. No offense to the canine family, the dogs continue to bark at the moon to little avail while a movement continues to educate, like no other, and grow.
Regardless of the petty divisions, fractures, dethroned factions and the miserable rhetoric (not just from shithead politicians and the media), should we celebrate in San Diego, outskirts included? Hell yes, the only real question is where? Balboa Park at the organ pavilion with a back-up plan/place if there are cops in numbers…. then proceed to the big fountain. The big number of tourists can join in. this will befuddle cop attack plans (they don’t want to hurt revenue or pummel tourists) We don’t need any reminders to be peaceful, pacifist freaks can surround cop hq with candles and prayers while we celebrate……the violence comes from uniforms and badges….not us, when the dove preaching occurs, it actually lends credence to violence baiting…….. we just need to assemble and get on with our civil discourse…we, actually don’t need any speeches (hand out a hand bill or leaflet to make your point)….our numbers alone, critical mass alone, just like our cyclists when they mass (we aren’t going to block anything), get well deserved attention and make a point. On this day, celebration, not confrontation..the militancy is the numbers and the cheering and joy of being together..invite everyone .except politicians and cops, share everything, make no mess. if the pavilion works out, only music, singing and possibly stand up comedy…..let happiness ring. A kind of do-dah gathering, a la Pasadena, less the walk – parade. Individual signs..no banners, needed. Really comrades, do we need a vote to celebrate in our own park? What time? When ever you show up.How long? whenever you leave.
