Remember all the flack about the kids toilet-papering trees?
Remember the argument about what it was doing to the environment?
I even remember the lady that wrote back and said that she saw nothing wrong with it; in fact, she even drove her child to the “scene” and stayed in the car while the dastardly deed was being done.
Well, there is a new game in town. It’s bad enough walking outside your door to go to work and seeing the trees dripping toilet paper.
But how about this stunt that was performed on my neighbor’s lawn this morning! At least it only costs time to clean up the toilet paper. This will cost more to get rid of the furniture.
One has to admit it is ingenious; well planned out; comfy even!
Anyone missing some furniture?

Not that I condone this kind of joke… but cool mirror, I’ll take that… :>)
They’d probably be glad if you hauled it away!
Just look at it as a chance to re-gift some stuff. Or make some cash.
Put it all in the alley.Someone will pick it up in less than 2 hours =)
Craigs list and make some cash
I can’t remember all the places we rented unfurnished and roamed the beach alley’s for stuff. Just put a “FREE” sign on it.
Imagine! This may be the new “wave” for making money. Sure beats toilet paper!
Reminds me of an annual holiday in the Netherlands, I think. Once a year everybody brings their junk out and swaps, getting rid of unwanted stuff and gaining desired stuff in trade. Pretty good idea. Meanwhile, it would be a fun experiment to put a sign on each of these items:
$2, please knock on the door (or FREE if you don’t knock)
Great idea! It seems to be intact from yesterday!
How hilarious..this happened to us both Monday and Tuesday night this week! I thought it was my teenage boys friends (and maybe it was…not sure who your neighbor is but maybe it is all related?)…we have some good junk for the taking including a cat tower, patio table and bar stool if you are interested!
How funny, Judi. The kids across the street went to Pt. Loma High; I think that last one just graduated. I keep waiting for it to disappear and end up on someone else’s lawn.
