Charter Proponents Hold Forum for Point Loma High Cluster – Feb. 2nd

A forum will be held Wednesday, Feb. 2nd, to hear proponents make their case to make Point Loma High School a charter school.  Hosted by the Point Loma Cluster Schools coalition, the forum will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Barnes Tennis Center, 4490 West Point Loma Blvd.

Ocean Beach Elementary is included in the Point Loma cluster, which also include PLHS, Correia and Dana Middle schools and Barnard, Cabrillo, Dewey, Loma Portal, Silver Gate and Sunset View elementary schools. The combined enrollment at the 10 sites is more than 6,000 students.

This event may already be full and you need a ticket. I saw 200 names when I RSVPed a couple of weeks ago. You can find more information at the Cluster web site.
