ob-west-pl-loma-4774-streetLou Hirsh at the San Diego Business Journal reported that an 8-unit apartment complex at 4774 West Point Loma Blvd just sold for $2.15 million.  The large building sits on a busy street, right next to a gas station at arguably OB’s busiest intersection.

But the rear of the apartments do look out upon Dusty Rhodes Park.

The complex was sold by Marsha Swanson of San Diego, who reportedly is its original owner, and who recently did some exterior renovations. The buyers were Neel Pujara of Carlsbad and Green Storm LLC of La Palma.

Both the seller and buyer were represented by the same brokerage firm, Apartment Consultants Inc. (ACI) – although by different brokers.
